About Us
Hi there, I’m Chance Hunt, owner of Son of a Contractor! As a fourth-generation contractor, construction isn’t just my profession — it’s woven right into my family’s legacy. I founded Son of a Contractor with a genuine commitment to quality and specialty craftsmanship, honest communication, and making sure every single client is completely happy with the finished product. Whether it’s a small home improvement, a full remodel, or a one-of-a-kind custom woodworking project, I take real pride in delivering work that’s built to last and tailored to each homeowner’s unique vision.
Honestly, some of my earliest memories are of helping my dad with his construction business, Ragged Rainbow Woodworkers. I started working right alongside him at just 10 years old and spent every summer learning the trade until I graduated high school. Today, I’m proud to carry on four generations of craftsmanship, bringing that very same dedication and integrity to every project I take on!
